Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Group will take place in the Prep School Hall at 1830 on Friday 15th. June. Parents of the Cubs, Scouts and Venture Scouts are entitled to attend the Meeting and are cordially invited to do so. Please come along and find out what we have been doing.

Prior to the A.G.M. the Cubs will be holding their annual Fun Day. You are very welcome to attend this also, and, if the weather favours us, we hope to have a good crowd present at the bottom of the School field.

The programme for the afternoon is:

• 1600 - 1700 Entertainment for the Cubs
• 1700 - 1800 Bouncy Castles and Swimming Pool
• 1730 - 1830 Barbecue
• 1830 Annual General Meeting
• 1845 Presentation of Certificates of Achievement
• 1900 Finish.

The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting is:

2. Minutes of Annual General Meeting held on 20th. June 2000.
3. Matters arising from the minutes.
4. Chairman¹s Report.
5. Treasurer¹s Report.
6. Group Scout Leader¹s Report.
